Communicate better to get better results
Working on brand communications can be exciting. But that excitement also makes them tough; the more visible and important a campaign is, the more people want to be involved and the more your bosses want to keep a beady eye from above. As if there weren’t enough stakeholders in the project already!
Desperately trying to get your research, positioning and brief approved without having onlookers chip away at them can be tough. People are naturally afraid of anything new so they try to water it down, but you know your campaign has to stand out or nobody will notice it. It needs an element of push and pull: pushing people you’re not targeting away and pulling in those you want (after all, strategy is about sacrifice).
And for better or worse, how things look plays a massive part in how successful the project is. So if you can partner that with strong targeting and messaging you’ll be storming ahead of the pack.
Great communication is knowing who your audience is, what they want and how you can give it to them, rippling through branding and identity, advertising and points of interaction (like websites, apps, shops, brochures). Being clear about who you are and why you’re relevant is the key to being top-of-mind and persuading customers you’re the right choice.
That’s where we can help: creating communications that excite your audience and head office.

With challenges such as…
LONDON CITY AIRPORT
Getting ready for take-off
The only airport that’s actually in London needed to raise awareness and reposition itself as not just for business trips. We helped do this with an advertising campaign running across both OOH (brand) and digital (tactical). We also helped redesign their website to make it more functional and user-(and device-) friendly and to drive revenue. Combined, this helped to increase passenger numbers by over 13%.

SPORTBUSINESS
Extra time
Their monthly industry bible needed to be revamped and brought in to line with the overall brand update for the company. Nothing unusual about that, except it needed to be completed and on press in two weeks!

ARMAKUNI
Putting your best foot forwards
The digital technology consultancy had enjoyed great growth and success but reached a plateau and needed to push through to the next level of clients and projects. A thorough rebrand enabled them to present a more professional and polished face to the outside world, more accurately reflecting who they were. This helped them attract both new client engagements and a wider pool of consultants to recruit from.

Endeavour were great to work with and did a fantastic job on our rebrand. They really seemed to get who we are and what we do, which meant the final result reflected our brand much more accurately than the previous approach. It feels like they breathed new life into our business and it’s going to make a big difference moving forwards.

Smashed it! I knew you'd have something clever.

Stephen Holmes
Founder
I started Endeavour with the idea that we could do things a little differently to other design agencies. I wanted us to be more than just the ‘colouring-in’ department; we’d see the bigger picture, understanding the client’s end goals and how we fit in. We’d take a long-term view, always looking out for our clients’ best interests. And we’d be nice people to work with, without all the agency aggro.
We encourage all staff to keep learning continuously, both through our studio's ever-growing library (which covers behavioural science, advertising, branding, design, marketing and business) and through relevant training like courses in finance and Mark Ritson’s MiniMBA in Marketing. The more we know, the more we can help you.
