About us

Endeavour has been solving clients’ design and communication problems for more than 15 years. We’ve worked on a huge range of projects including global internal comms campaigns, redesigning a daily newspaper and branding a nation. We’ve seen it all and we’re pretty unflappable.

We believe solutions should be visually appealing to their audience, but if that’s all they are, they’re just fluff. We define success as something that works; something that solves a problem and creates the desired result. It should be on time and on budget too, but we take that as a given.

And getting there shouldn’t be a slog. You should never feel like you’re going around in circles or wading through endless PPT decks before anything actually gets done.

That’s why we work damn hard to make sure everything’s always moving forwards and to help push through any internal issues or politics that may be getting in your way.

We’re a bit picky about who we work with – you probably are too – and there has to be a great fit in terms of the projects and the people. Life’s far too short to work with folk you don’t like.

We build deep, long-lasting relationships with our clients, measured in years rather than projects. Your long-term success is how we define ours.

Of course, this means we’re not the right design agency for everyone and we’re okay with that. But if you’re on the same page as us, we reckon you’ll find Endeavour the easiest agency you’ve ever worked with.

17 years ago, I started Endeavour with the idea that we could do things a little differently to other design agencies. I wanted us to be more than just the ‘colouring-in’ department; we’d see the bigger picture, understanding the client’s end goals and how we fit in. We’d take a long-term view, always looking out for our clients’ best interests. And we’d be nice people to work with, without all the agency aggro.

I’m forever reading business, marketing and design books. I’m an Ambassador for the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry and an active member of the Design Business Association (and part of their mentor programme). I’ve completed finance courses with BPP University and Marketing Week’s Mini MBA.

I live in Surrey with my wife, Siobhán (a children’s book editor), our son, Caeden Fox, and a very disobedient Bengal kitten called Bartleby.
