To help raise levels of information security across the organisation in order to reduce commercial liability and professional reputation damage.
Endeavour created branding for an internal campaign intended to improve security by reducing the number of devices being lost or stolen, educating employees on file sharing best practice and increasing understanding of cyber security. This was an awareness and education change exercise; it taught employees about best practice when using their devices in a public environment, explaining why it was critically important to keep devices on them and in sight at all times and to keep devices encrypted.
For cyber security, the campaign raised awareness of phishing emails, malware and viruses, focusing on how to spot the signs, how to act if they suspected a security breach and why it mattered to the organisation. We also promoted file sharing best practice, emphasising the need to use Boston Global Consultancy’s own platform rather than commercial alternatives. This campaign continued for several months and was rolled out across posters, emails, physical collateral, infographics and an internal microsite full of tips, tricks and resources.

To move the organisation to one common voice and video conferencing platform.
We created an internal comms campaign making employees aware they would soon be switching to a new platform, WebEx, and explaining the business case for the move. The campaign highlighted how WebEx would reduce time spent out of the office for meetings, reduce travel time and costs, reduce the organisation’s carbon footprint and improve client relationships.
We communicated the benefits of the switch across a range of display graphics, HTML emails and collateral in the office, and through a series of guides detailing how to use WebEx on laptops and mobile devices. We also created an online microsite dedicated to all things WebEx.
By the end of the campaign, over 14,000 employees had WebEx installed on their computers or devices and over 75% were using it.
