The Kilimanjaro Challenge

CHALLENGE

Help Autovista Group train and develop its staff and raise over £50,000 for UNICEF.

SOLUTION

This was an internal comms exercise that would run for several years. It was a great opportunity for members of the organisation to participate in a once-in-a-lifetime experience climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, which helped with team-building and personal development. It was also a great chance to raise some serious funds for UNICEF.

Endeavour created a website to act as a central point for all news and fundraising activities, with each climber having their own page explaining their motivations for undertaking the challenge. The pages linked to their Twitter accounts and JustGiving pages and allowed them to write blog posts about their experience, from being chosen and going through training to the challenge itself and their learnings afterwards. The website had to be robust and easy for participants to use themselves, since they were encouraged to be as active as possible on the site. They would be working on their pages in addition to their normal roles in Autovista Group and although they had training on the website they weren't from a technical background.

We also created branding for the programme including clothing the climbers could wear on training activities and the climb itself.
 
So far, the challenge has been a huge success across the organisation and the goal of raising £50,000 for UNICEF was easily smashed.

Senior Managers Conferences

CHALLENGE

Create and theme an annual strategic event for Autovista Group’s senior managers.

SOLUTION

For the last four years we've helped create Autovista Group’s annual event for senior managers, held in a different country every year (Czech Republic, Marbella, Scotland and Morocco so far). These three-day events allow senior managers from around the business worldwide to come together and share experiences, create stronger internal links and forge the direction of the company for the coming year.
 
Each year we need to create a new master theme and design so that the event feels unique – not just ‘another corporate event’. We apply these across a range of items, including large stage backdrops and podiums, digital displays, large format branding and display graphics to dress the venue, core presentation templates and collateral. Production of so many individual elements requires tight time management and liaising with lots of suppliers and partners, both in the UK and in the host country.

Auto Mobility Live & TCO Awards

CHALLENGE

Create branding and websites for Autovista Group’s two new events in double-quick time.

SOLUTION

Endeavour came to this project halfway through when a change of direction and external expertise were needed to ensure the events were up to scratch. When we joined, naming had already been done, the websites were started and the technology was decided (Cvent – which we were familiar with after working with the Financial Conduct Authority).
 
We started by creating the branding for each event to help position them as premium and credible for their target audiences. We then moved on to the websites, looking at how we could build upon, develop, improve and roll out what was already there, bringing them in to line with the new branding and creating a better user journey online to maximise sign-ups.
 
Once the websites were well on their way, we started on additional marketing collateral to help push people towards the event and award websites, which included brochures, social media, PPC and email campaigns.
